Job Responsibilities :

1. To drive Sales Force Capability enhancement in the Zone

• Implement ‘The CEAT Way’ – Sales systems & processes in the Zone
  i. Planning & review mechanisms
  ii. Market Facing - PJP of TLs; consumer management
  iii. Dealer Communication - Service Level Agreements; CEAT File
  iv. MOP (Market Operating Price) management
  v. Claim management
• Field force engagement programmes
• Recruitment & induction process of Sales Trainees & new Territory leaders
• Skill enhancement of field force

2. Sales responsibility :

• Appoint and grow 2 wheeler distributors in the zone
• Open and manage our exclusive chain of tyre-retail outlets.
• To facilitate the Area Manager in developing upcountry sales & network
• Facilitate sales growth in identified weak territories in the Zone
• SDS growth
• Increase range selling scores across regions
• Increase fitment of CEAT amongst large

Job Responsibilities :

• Statutory compliance of Contractors and Contract Labourers
• Rapport with Union
• Negotiation and finalization Service Contracts
• Ensure Labour Welfare needs i.e. Uniforms, Rainy Wears etc.

• Upkeep and effective management of Telephone/Fax/Mobile etc.
  
• Responsible for Guest House, Chummery, Hotel, Travel Bookings
  
• Central despatch and Courier Services.
  
• Maintenance of Garden and Lawns
  
• Responsible for Company Transport and Cars
  
• Responsible for Security of Man, Machine and Materials
  
• Other Miscellaneous works.
  

• Developing manufacturing startegy alongwith manufacturing head and facilitating its implementation.
  
• Introduction of new productivity measurement and enhancement techniques.
  
• Improvement in methods, material handling process and layout.
  
• Long Term capacity planning of the manufacturing units.
  
• Workmen Requirement planning at the manufacturing units.
  
• Work study of all processes at the manufacturing units
  
• Negotiation with Union on all productivity and manpower related issues.
  
• Optimize Plant / Equipment capacity based on IE study.
  
• Development of manufacturing information System & Review.
  
• Benchmarking process.

Job Responsibilities :

• Position is responsible for managing hardware, software, network and mailing infrastructure of the company.
• Needs to evaluate various service providers and ensure SLA delivery by them.
• He/she will have to interact with the users to facilitate their day-to-day IT needs.
• Basic commercial knowledge for finalizing technology proposals is essential.
• Proficiency on Windows and AIX platforms is a must.

Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Graduate

Experience: 15-20 years at senior position in the engineering section of Bias / Radial Tyre plant. Projects Execution experience desirable.

Age: Not More than 45 years

Required Expertise: Sound Knowledge of Tyre plant equipments, selection, Project planning and execution.

Qualification: Civil Engineering Graduate

Experience: Minimum 10 years of Process Industries Civil activities.

Age: Not More than 35 years

Required Expertise: Sound knowledge of survey activities, Project planning functions and execution of large projects

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Utility of Tyre Plants or similar process industries

Age: Not More than 35 years

Required Expertise: Sound Knowledge of IBR Regulations, Utility equipment selection Input / Out put parameters, energy management, Project planning and Execution.

Qualification: Electrical Engineering Graduate

Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience in tyre or process industries.

Age: Not More than 35 years

Required Expertise: Sound knowledge of complete electrics/Instrumentation, selection, project planning functions and execution.

Qualification: Instrumentation Engineering Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5 years of Tyre manufacturing plant Projects

Age: Not More than 30 years

Required Expertise: Sound knowledge of Instruments, Controls, Selection of Instruments and project execution

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate with MBA / DBA

Experience: Minimum 10 years of process plant and project purchases

Age: Not More than 35 years

Required Expertise: Sound knowledge of Purchase functions, Negotiation & communication skills and. SAP is must

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5 years of planning & execution

Age: Not More than 30 years

Required Expertise: Project Planning functions and Exposure to Industrial project construction activities
