Overview
At CEAT, we focus on strengthening our competencies and enhancing our skills. We believe this is imperative if we are to keep pace with the rapidly changing business environment, in India and across the entire world. We apply a well-structured and effective strategy for People Development, addressing individual needs through continuous training, interaction with seniors and flexible modes of self study and analysis. Given these opportunities, it is only natural that our people evolve, passionate about learning, and raring to manufacture and market technologically superior tyres.
The Training Process
Data Collection
To ensure that data is complete and accurate in all respects, we use a variety of data collection methods including:

1.
Reviewing company plans

2.
Establishing individual training needs through performance appraisals

3.
Structuring individual Development Action Plans

4.
Getting valuable inputs from Vice-Presidents and Heads of departments

5.
Engaging in self analysis

6.
Establishing environmental triggers

7.
Conducting structured interviews
We analyse our collected data with tools such as DAP report.
